First, we evaluate your project and provide you with an estimate. After you approve it, we begin the agreed-on work.

The specifics of the project—such as whether it includes a question and answer session, the method of transporting files, and the timeframe—depend on your needs and preferences.

Most of the work we do is transported over the Internet, either via a secure, password-protected FTP site or as pre-approved attachments to e-mail. But at Carden Works, we’re flexible: if you prefer to review a hard copy, just let us know.

We communicate with our clients every step of the way, including weekly updates to keep you current on your project’s status. If you need updates more or less frequently, we can do that too.
